First we scan your site. If it shows no measurable gap in how inquiries are handled, we say so and charge nothing. Otherwise, card or PayPal: one checkout covers the setup fee now and starts your monthly plan on day 14 after checkout, whatever stage the install is at; it then renews every month at the plan price until you cancel. Intake pilot questions, answered

Who is this for?
US personal-injury firms first, the practice area where a slow callback most often means the caller signs with whoever answered. Family, immigration and estate firms can join the pilot; the practice-area triage is configured per firm.
Does the system give legal advice?
No. It is an intake clerk, not a lawyer. It collects information, confirms details and arranges a consultation using your own booking link. It never discusses merits, deadlines, case value or outcomes, and every template is tested against a list of forbidden phrases.
When is there no setup fee?
Before you pay, an automated scan checks how your site handles inquiries: whether there is a form, an instant reply, a booking step, an after-hours path and a way to call. If it finds no measurable gap, we tell you so and charge no setup fee. It is not a guarantee of results: we never promise signed cases or revenue.
How is performance measured?
Booked consultations, counted from your own inquiries in your own dashboard. We do not take a share of fees and we do not measure signed cases: that stays between you and your client.
What do I have to do?
Reply to the welcome email with your booking link and, if you want forwarding, point your contact form at the forwarding address. Approve nothing else. Everything is written and async: no calls, no onboarding meetings.
Can we also get expert witnesses here?
Separately from the pilot, you can describe a case once and listed expert witnesses reply to you by email. It is free for the firm. Experts pay a flat annual fee to be listed; we do not recommend or endorse any expert.
How does billing work?
USD 2,000 once, paid before we start. Intake Standard is USD 750/month and Intake Pro is USD 1,500/month, billed through a PayPal subscription whose first monthly charge comes 14 days after checkout, whatever stage the install is at. To cancel, stop the automatic payment in your PayPal account or email support@bizlegal-ai.com; it ends at the close of the current month. Bank wire is available for the setup fee.
