How does the audit credit work?

The USD 490 audit price credits 100% toward any install purchased within 60 days. Starter becomes USD 6,010 remaining and Pro becomes USD 11,510. One credit per firm, non-transferable.

Why is everything paid upfront?

FirmCited runs 100% async: no calls, no invoicing cycles. Installs are paid before the build starts, which is how we hold 14- and 21-day delivery timelines. Pay by card or PayPal, crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC), or bank wire: wire details are on this page. The monthly retainer is invoiced or paid by wire.

Do you guarantee citations or rankings?

No: and no honest vendor can. AI engine outputs are non-deterministic and privately controlled. We commit, in writing, to every deliverable on the stated timeline, lead response in under 60 seconds, and transparent monthly share-of-voice reporting.

What is the refund policy?

The audit is non-refundable once delivered: it is a completed product. Installs are refundable pro-rata before the Day 3 kickoff only. The retainer cancels at any month end.

Is the retainer required?

No. Installs stand alone, and month one of citation monitoring is included with every install. Most firms continue with the USD 2,000/month retainer because citations need fresh content to hold: but it is opt-in, not bundled.
